We guarantee the quality on everything we sell. If the product doesn't match our description, return the unused portion for a 100% refund, the original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. The offer is void if the product is more than 25% used.
Returns must be authorized by Leaf of Life Herbs LLC. prior to returning item(s) for a refund or exchange. Return the unused portion of your item(s) within 30-days from the date of purchase. Return the unused product as it is. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to ship the item(s) back to our facility. We ask that you include a brief reason why you weren't completely satisfied.
Once we receive your return, we will refund your money. Refunds are usually processed using the same payment method used to pay for the original purchase.
We expect from our customers to know the import laws/taxes applicable in their country. No refund will be applicable on account of product not allowed to be delivered to the buyer by Customs in the destination country. Taxes if applicable are to be paid by the customer in destination country.
If in any event, we are unable to supply the product then we will refund the full amount of the goods not delivered to you. Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Products. If items are damaged or defective, you are responsible to contact us within ten (10) business days from the date of purchase. Please do not discard any products and/or packaging from the order until instructed by customer service in writing. We will inspect the undesirable product upon receiving it in our facility. In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete you must report to Customer Service that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within ten (10) business days from the purchase date.
We try to respond to messages within 1-3 business days, please keep in mind we are getting many messages daily so send only one message as we appreciate your patience in us sending a reply. If you do not receive a reply to your email within 5 working days, it means that we have not received your email or our reply has been filtered out by your spam filters. If this happens, please check your spam/bulk/junk mail folders. We are unable to refund shipping costs on many orders as shipping costs are not retrievable. Shipping is free within the Continental US and may be subject to change with given notice.
